Registration


You do not have to create an account with us to place an order, but by registering with GripGrab, you will be able to view, track and manage your orders. You will also be able to store your payment details on our secure server, which will make future purchasing easier.

 


Secure Payment Processing

All payments made on the gripgrab.com website are encrypted using state-of-the-art secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to GripGrab employees.

 

 

Payment Types

We accept the following payment types:
 

Your payment will be fulfilled when your order is shipped. For Paypal your payment will be fulfilled when the order is placed.

The amount debited from your payment card will never be higher than the amount you have authorized.

 

 

Promotional Codes and Gift Vouchers 

If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the basket page. The discount will automatically be calculated. Promotional codes are for one-time use only and may not be used in separate orders or applied to different products in the case of an exchange.

 

If you have a gift voucher please enter in the checkout page and it will automatically calculate your discount. Once purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable.

 

Errors and Omissions
In the case of errors or omissions on the website GripGrab reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being sent.
 
GripGrab reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
 
We do our utmost to ensure that images, descriptions, and specifications of all GripGrab products are correct. The colors shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colors may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

Prices
Prices are quoted in EURO including Danish VAT (25%). Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order.
